Dear Parents, Teachers, Friends -
Russian Center’s Winter Concert 2011 will take place on Saturday December 10th, 2011 at the Ryan Elementary school in the gym. The concert will start at 12pm and end at 1:30pm followed by a potluck lunch 1:30pm – 2:30pm.
- We need your help! We need 5 volunteers for the set-up before the concert (decorations, music, food, plates, etc.) and 5 volunteers for the clean up after the concert. Please, let us know if you can help – send a reply e-mail to this address Your help is greatly appreciated. Decorating will take place from 11:30am – 12:00pm – right before the concert. And the clean up will have to be done before 3:00 pm.
- The event will feature performances by the kids attending classes and potluck party. Please bring a dish to share for everyone, non-sweet dishes are preferred.
- There will be an opportunity for the photos with Ded Moroz and Snegurochka. Kids will receive Goody Bags.
- Due to school restriction please, make sure your children wear non marking sole shoes.
- The ticket price for the event will be - $12.00 for Russian Center students and $15.00 for children attending as guests. We start accepting payment on Sunday, November 20th. Parents and grandparents and relatives are free with attending children.
